From March 2, 2026, search rehabilitation and bankruptcy cases formerly handled by the Daejeon, Daegu and Gwangju District Courts under the corresponding Daejeon, Daegu or Gwangju Bankruptcy Court.
CAPTCHA was introduced to My Case Search on June 17, 2016 to protect personal information and prevent indiscriminate collection of case data. Thank you for your understanding of this measure to maintain a stable service.
The National Court Administration may temporarily suspend all or part of the case search service if equipment fails or other unavoidable circumstances arise.
The courts are not responsible for problems arising from use of information provided by the case search website.
In addition to the case number, a search requires at least two characters of the name of one party to the case.
[Notice] Searched case numbers are saved to this computer when you select 'Save case search results' . Stored case details can then be viewed without entering a party name. On public or shared computers, use 'Save case search results' with care.
[Notice] Enforcement cases, including attachment of claims, cannot be searched using a third-party debtor's name. For confidential proceedings, including provisional attachment, case information is unavailable until the order has been served on the third-party debtor or the prescribed period after closure has elapsed. (Contact the responsible court division for information about case progress.)
[Notice] Some generic two-character Korean terms, such as those for 'company' or 'shares', are restricted. Enter at least three characters. Example: enter a more specific company name instead of the generic term 'company'.
[Note] Saved search results are stored on this computer and may be lost when browser cookies are deleted, when security software clears cookies, or when the computer is restored. (Keep any case-specific search conditions you need in a separate file.)
